Why is there a shipping charge on my order?
 

Shipping charges may occur on your invoice because of the following reason.

  • Order total is not over $200 and/or
  • Order included items which do not qualify for free shipping and/or
  • You selected an expedited shipping service.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax on select items if you are located in Kansas, Missouri or Nebraska.
