ZDC is not responsible for items damaged by the carrier. Please inspect your shipment at time of delivery and report all damaged packages to the carrier.

If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below

• Call 800-364-1605to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
• Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
• Carefully box the item with adequate packing to protect it during shipping and return it to:

• Indicate if you would prefer: exchange or check refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded. If an item was shipped via the free freight promotion and is returned, the credit will be for value of the item less the original cost of shipping that ZDC paid will be refunded.
• Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing. No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
• If a shipment is refused, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
