Q. How can I order from Zeitlow Distributing Company?
  If you need advice before you order or have questions regarding product, prices or policies–ask our experts. We have many years of experience that make us very knowledgeable on all of our products. If, by chance we cannot answer your question immediately we will find the answer and call you back. While all can take an order, if your questions are more specific, you may want to ask for those with the most expertise.
  1. By Phone: Toll Free 800.364.1605. We need your name, billing address, phone number, shipping address, and list of products. Credit card, personal check, money order or C.O.D. orders are accepted.
  2. By Website: Our address is www.zeitlow.com. Credit card or C.O.D. orders are accepted.
  3. By Email: Our address is sales@zeitlow.com. Include a phone number and shipping details. Credit card or C.O.D. orders only.
  4. By Mail: Please include a check or other instructions regarding payment. If possible, use the order form on opposite page.
  5. By Fax: Credit Card or C.O.D. orders only. Send completed order to our fax number 620.241.4266. Include a daytime phone number, credit card number and expiration date.

Goods arrived damaged or shorted: Zeitlow Distributing Company is not responsible for items damaged by the carrier. Please report damaged packages immediately to the carrier. Also please advise us, so we can replace the item(s) if needed.

Invoice Errors: Zeitlow Distributing Company includes a copy of each invoice in the package. Please examine it and call us immediately if there is an error.

  We do not share or sell your name with any other business.
 
Q. How is freight figured?
 
  • Freight is figured using UPS Freight Rates unless the item(s) are to large for UPS.
  • Some items can not be shipped UPS. In that case you will need to contact us for a freight quote ahead of time to determine your total cost of purchase.

Rush Deliveries: We are happy to ship in-stock items via UPS 3 Day Select, Blue Label (2 Day Select) Red Label (overnight delivery) or FedEx. Order must be placed before noon CST. Delivery time excludes weekends and holidays. Please call 800.364.1605.

Truck Shipments: Orders over 500 lbs. are usually less expensive if shipped by motor freight instead of UPS. Call us for a quote. Some items can only be shipped via truck.

Shipping & Handling: Our cost for normal UPS ground service is based on the total weight of the order and your location. Our computers will precisely calculate the costs if you call us on our toll-free number. (Orders outside the continental U.S.A., please call for quote on delivery.)

Shipping Oversized Items? These items include HT Smooth Wire, HT woven wire, Cattle Squeeze Chutes, Headgates, Feeders, Barbed Wire, etc. Please call 800.364.1605 for a shipping quote on these items.
For other locations: (Alaska, Hawaii or international) or other services (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, or FedEx) call for an exact shipping quote.

C.O.D. Delivery: Add $7.00 to cover UPS's collection charge. NO CASH ACCEPTED BY UPS. Payment by money order or cashier's check is required for C.O.D. orders over $300 and all C.O.D. orders to TX, TN, FL, NC, LA and NY.

All items are FOB Kansas and will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, Priority Mail or motor freight (if less expensive) with customer paying freight costs.

All claims, shortages or damages must be reported to the shipping company at time of delivery. Returns within 30 days of purchase date will receive replacement or refund on any Zeitlow Distributing Company product that fails to perform as stated in our current catalog.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH, CURRENCY OR STAMPS. A service charge will be added to any unpaid balances @ 1.5% per month, 18.0% per year.

 
Q. Do you accept orders from outside the continental U.S.A.?
  We're happy to take orders form Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada. We ship regularly to these areas, but the least costly method depends on the size and weight of the order and the degree of urgency. Contact us to work out the shipping details for you.
 
Q. Shipping Oversized Items?
  These items include HT Smooth Wire, HT woven wire, Cattle Squeeze Chutes, Headgates, Feeders, Barbed Wire, etc. Please call toll free 800.364.1605 for a shipping quote on these items.
 
Q. What is the availability of your merchandise?
  We stock what we sell. However, we suggest you order early to avoid a possible delay, as unexpected demand for an item may leave us short. Backorders will be indicated on the invoice. We will ship these item(s) as soon as they are available. We apologize in advance should this occur.
 
Q. When can I expect my purchase?
  In-stock items ordered before 2 p.m. CST normally ship the same day via UPS unless instructed otherwise and will take from 2 to 10 days, depending on where you live. UPS requires an actual shipping address, not a post office box. If you can provide only a post office box, delivery will be via Parcel Post.

  Prices are subject to change without notice.
 
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, check, money order, or C.O.D. For C.O.D. add $7.00 to cover UPS's collection charge. NO CASH ACCEPTED BY UPS. Payment by money order or cashier's check is required for C.O.D. orders over $300 and all C.O.D. orders to TX, TN, FL, NC, LA and NY.

Got a problem with a product? Just contact us and explain. When making a return please follow these steps:

  1. Call us for a return authorization number so we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item(s) reach us.
  2. Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item(s) being returned.
  3. Wrap securely and send the item(s) to us by UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. Address to:

  4. Indicate if you prefer: exchange, credit on charge card, cash refund or credit on account
  5. Product returned after 30 days from invoice will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Note: No return of obsolete or special orders.

 
Q. Zetilow Distributing Company's Energizer Repair Center and Warranty?
  When you buy an energizer from Zeitlow Distributing Company, you purchase much more than just an energizer. You also get the comfort of knowing that if your Energizer ever does have a problem that it can be repaired quickly at a Factory Authorized Service center.

Warranty:

2 year warranty on all Speedrite or PEL Energizer.

If you think your energizer has "died" and Zeitlow Distributing Company supplied it, call us promptly at our toll free number. 800-364-1605

We'll encourage you to run a couple of simple tests to ensure that it truly has "died". (25% of the units we receive back for repair work fine. The fence was at fault but the user blamed the energizer.)

If the energizer has truly failed within the first two years from the date of purchase, Zeitlow Distributing Company will repair or replace the module or the energizer . We do this at our cost unless the reason for its failure is customer abuse or neglect.

Your only cost is shipping the failed unit or module to us.

If your original Speedrite or PEL unit is more than two years old, we will still repair and/or replace the unit, but at your expense for the repairs and the freight.
