Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $200…..some restrictions apply, see below.

  • Items that are heavy and/or too big to ship via UPS do not qualify for Free Shipping. Items that do qualify are marked on the product details page.
  • Free Shipping applies only to the continental US only.
  • Free Shipping applies to the lowest cost carrier only and cannot be applied to expedited shipping services.
  • If your item contains both Free Shipping items and heavy/oversize items, you will pay only the portion of shipping costs related to those heavy/oversize items.

UPS Delivery

Most of our deliveries are shipped via UPS, which will only deliver to a street address. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. UPS residential rates are charged for all shipments.

Freight Delivery

Freight delivery means your product will be shipped and arrive via a large 28' or 53' truck. Freight delivery is used when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship using small package carriers. We may also deliver part of your order by truck due to the characteristics of the product. Freight deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm, unless other arrangements are made between you and the carrier. Freight companies will not dispose of your packaging materials. Please note the street of access must be at least 10 feet wide with an overhead clearance of at least 14 feet. If the street is smaller than this, other arrangements need to be made for delivery, such as picking up at the delivery terminal or using an alternate ship-to address for your delivery. Please note the following:

  • Your delivery address must be capable of accepting a freight truck.
  • Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery.
  • The driver will move your order to the rear of the truck. You will have to unload from there.

Additional Notes

  • All charges for any redelivery or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment.
  • In the unlikely event of any damage or shortage to your order, please note it on the freight bill and accept the delivery. Contact our customer service department and they will promptly take care of any issues.
  • Additional charges may be incurred for multi-truckload deliveries and/or special crate packaging. Any additional charges will be communicated via phone or email.
  • Some larger orders may require a lift gate truck if a loading dock is not accessible. The added cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some products may require special packaging to insure safe delivery. You may incur an increased shipping cost for those items. We will contact you in the event there is a change to your shipping charge.

We strive to ensure shipping charges are as accurate as possible but in some cases these charges may be calculated incorrectly on our website. In these cases we will contact you with an accurate shipping quote before we ship your order.

How do I return an Item?

If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Call 800-364-1605 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
  • Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
  • Carefully box the item with adequate packing and write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. Ship box to:

  • Indicate if you would prefer: exchange or check refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded. If an item was shipped via the free freight promotion and is returned, the value of the item less the original cost of shipping that ZDC paid will be refunded.
  • Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing. No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
  • If a shipment is refused, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
