The ground mount tube ONLY provides some cold weather protection to your barn stall waterer (not included), but you may need to add heat tape to the water supply line. The heat tube is designed to mate with the cavity under the drinker base. You should use silicon caulk to assure an airtight fit. Both the water line & the electrical supply can enter from below.
